THE TASTE FOR BUSINESS
This story begins many years ago with an ice cream in Germany, the country where Giovanni Fasano, the founder of VPF, emigrated as a child with his family.
Giovanni took his first steps as an entrepreneur Just with ice creams, opening an ice cream parlour.
MARKET SLICES
Dynamic and visionary, in a few years Giovanni became the owner of 13 pizzerias. Germany is a beautiful place, but first the ice cream and later the pizza were signals reminding Giovanni of Italy; he was homesick and strongly missed his native country. So, at a certain point, he decided to return to San Vito dei Normanni. After all, your home is always your home.
HOMECOMING
When Giovanni returned to his native country, he started dealing with housing, founding a construction company, and merging his creativity and entrepreneurial spirit with the precision and scrupulousness he had learned from the Germans.
BUSINESS IN MOVEMENT
In 1998 VPF was born and the company’s core business shifted from traditional houses to prefabricated buildings, a real challenge that Giovanni launched to the market, considering the hostile Italian culture towards the sector.
FAMILY BUSINESS
Meanwhile, 3 children, Rossella, Laura and Roberto join the company and in 2005 VPF begins to focus on the tourism sector rather than on the private one. It is a success. The company grows a lot, becoming famous both in Italy and in many other places abroad, thanks also to its constant presence in the main trade fairs of the sector.
HOW TO DRINK A GLASS OF WATER
The latest addition to VPF services is the creation and delivery, turnkey, of bar modules. A solution that greatly simplifies the customer’s life because he can find a room complete with everything and ready for the first coffee to be served.
A FIXED DREAM
This story begins with an ice cream, do you remember?, and goes on with a dream: to take our made in Italy around, making as many people as possible discover a new way of going on holiday, immersed in nature, but surrounded by all the comforts of a hotel. A holiday that make you feel always “at home" even in the farthest place in the world..
